DEEP FAKES. So littereraly we are spending time scrolling videos of more and more fake shit? Gary Vee (someone who would know) said there will be more fake shit posted than real shit for the next 10 years…Already social media is pretty fake, but now I’m spending my real time watching fake people doing fake shit? Explain to me how this makes sense. I am born to experience, but now the world I live in wants me to spend my time watching what computers are creating? When I’m the creator of my reality. The jig is up. Maybe its just me? I’m older now, I just can’t bother. Bring back the simple times!!! (slash I really do hope I live long enough to where we are traveling space—that Star Trek lifestyle please!!!!)

Honestly, for a while now i’ve been so turned off by all of it. More and more it feels like humanity is whoring themselves out posting tricks for content to get attention. I litterealy had someone tell me “Merritt please can you send me a picture so I can post and feel relevant”. These were real words spoken from an adult human’s mouth. I felt so bad… and I didn’t send a pic. Fuck that. My own small act of rebellion. I’m the worst, but for real fuck that. I don’t want to feed these addictions.

I 100 % understand the benefits of social media and the power it has to transform lives. Real talk I still create content for businesses and friends and I LOVE IT!!!! lol.. Wait does that make me a pimp? lol…

Anyway, all this to say….
